Good hydration means getting the right amount of fluid every day, especially before, during, and after exercise. Adequate hydration ensures proper regulation of body temperature and adequate function of your joints.
Fluid helps transport nutrients throughout the body and is essential for energy. If you’re not hydrated, your body can’t perform at its highest potential. If you are dehydrated, you may feel tired, have muscle cramps, dizziness, or other serious symptoms.
